Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at check out. 
You may cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled within 30 days. To request a cancellation, please visit our Contact Us page.

If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on Returns and Refunds. 

Regular Purchases

 All regular orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact us at our Contact UsContact Us page as soon as possible.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information on Returns and Refunds.
