Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal care, hygienic, and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales of hair oils are final. Exceptions on unopen products. Please read below.

Please review our comprehensive policy terms below:

1. Final Sale & Hygiene Protocol

For strict health, safety, and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair oil products under any circumstances. This applies to all orders, including those that are unopened, unused, or have the original manufacturing seals intact. Once a product leaves our custody, its integrity cannot be verified, and it cannot be restocked or resold.

"Exception apply for unopened, unused products with the original manufacturing seal intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at goodgodoils22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer." 

2. Exceptions for Transit Damage or Fulfillment Errors

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we accept responsibility for issues caused during transit or processing. If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or is incorrect, we will issue a replacement or store credit subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Reporting Window: The issue must be reported to the Contact Us section complete request within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the carrier. Requests made outside this window will be denied.

  • Required Documentation: You must provide your order number, a detailed description, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item, the internal packaging material, and the shipping box.

  • Preservation of Goods: Do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping box until your claim has been fully processed. Disposal of evidence voids the claim.

3. Product Performance, Allergies, and Preferences

We provide complete ingredient lists on our website and packaging to help you make informed decisions prior to purchasing.

  • No Subjective Refunds: We do not issue refunds or replacements based on personal preference, satisfaction, scent, or perceived results.

  • Allergy Disclaimer: If you experience an adverse skin or scalp reaction, discontinue use immediately. Because skin sensitivity varies by individual, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We highly recommend purchasing a trial size or performing a patch test before full application.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast shipping.

  • Immediate Processing: Once an order is submitted, it can be canceled, changed, or modified up to 2 hours after order is placed. Please verify your shipping address, product selection, and payment details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Our liability ends once the package is handed over to the third-party shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Delivery Disputes: If the carrier's tracking data indicates the package was "Delivered," GOOD GOD OILS is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen items.

  • Resolution: Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for missing deliveries. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or purchasing shipping insurance at checkout if available.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on our website, you explicitly agree to this No Return Policy. Any attempt to bypass this policy by filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company will be disputed. We reserve the right to submit this signed policy and your delivery confirmation as evidence to recover disputed funds.
