Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to GOOD GOD OILS! We craft our natural oils in small, fresh batches. Because our products are liquid and highly concentrated, we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing & Batching Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–5 business days. Excluding holidays and Weekends. 

  • Small-Batch Freshness: To ensure maximum shelf-life and potency, we do not keep massive inventory. If we are freshly pressing or blending a batch, we will notify you immediately of any slight delays.

2. How We Package Your Oils (Leak Protection)

We want your opening experience to be beautiful, not messy!

  • All bottles are fitted with shrink wrap to prevent leaks during transit.

  • We wrap each bottle in bubble wrap and container and ship them in bubble mailers to preventing crushing.

3. Temperature & Weather Notice (Important!)

Because our formulas use premium, natural carrier oils without synthetic stabilizers, they can react to extreme weather:

  • In Cold Weather: Some natural oils (like coconut, jojoba, or certain herbal infusions) may cloud, thicken, or slightly solidify during transit in winter months. This is completely normal and does not impact quality. Simply let the bottle sit at room temperature for a few hours, or gently warm it in your hands.

  • In Hot Weather: Extreme heat can degrade delicate botanical ingredients and cause the liquid inside the bottle to expand, which may lead to slow leaks around the cap. Please track your package closely and bring it indoors as soon as possible so it doesn't sit in a hot mailbox or direct sunlight. If your bottle feels warm upon arrival, let it cool completely in an upright position before opening.

4. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping will occur between 5-7 business days after order is processed. We partner with USPS to offer reliable, trackable shipping.
